The hotel entrance is a designated meeting point for Ctrip's day tours, making it super easy to join excursions like the Great Ocean Road tour. 3. The pillows in the room are quite uncomfortable. If you need daily cleaning, you have to request it at the front desk. Cleaning primarily involves emptying trash bins and changing bath towels, with no other services provided. The window is sealed, and indoor ventilation relies solely on the air conditioning. The mattress isn't fixed and can shift slightly."
